Your parts are fighting again

The Critic stands with arms crossed, supremely displeased. His cold, precise tone lists your failures with merciless accuracy.

Your Protector jumps in with rising urgency. He scans for danger, braces for rejection, ready to whisk you back to safety at the first sign of threat.

Meanwhile, your Pleaser hovers nervously, suggesting you just stay quiet and keep everyone happy.

And somewhere beneath all this noise, a younger part cowers in silence. This part carries pain so deep it has no words—the weight of every rejection, every moment you felt unloved or unwanted.

Every client who walks through your door carries this hidden, heavy dynamic.
Will you help them take charge and change the script?

Introducing IFS — where coach and client join forces in the journey to Self

Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz in the 1980s, the IFS model
recognizes that each person is a system of distinct "parts"
with their own emotions, perspectives, and roles.

These parts often manifest as resistance or self-criticism,
translating into problematic and self-defeating behaviors. But
in actuality,  each warring part of a person is trying to
protect them in the only way they know how
.

And at the core of the parts is the Self.

The Self, the heart of IFS, is naturally calm, curious, compassionate, and capable of leading an individual’s internal system, regardless of struggles, trauma, or history.

With IFS, empower clients to

Take charge
of their
healing

Release the burdens
their conflicting
parts carry

Access the wisdom
and healing capacity
of their natural Self

Guide parts into new,
more effective roles
that support well-being

And ultimately empower their true inner Self to lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion.

Before we part company,
anything else on your mind?

What qualifications do I need to enroll?

You don't need to be a regulated professional to benefit from this training. Therapists, coaches, and educators now use the IFS model globally. We do recommend that you have some experience in a helping role and have access to "clients" (broadly defined) to practice with during your training.

Is this course approved by the IFS Institute?

While our instructors include practitioners trained and certified by the IFS Institute, this program operates independently. We've designed our curriculum to prepare you thoroughly for using the IFS model effectively, regardless of your professional context.

Are the instructors certified?

Our lead instructors are trained and certified by the IFS Institute. They also hold multiple degrees as social workers and professional coaches. We've assembled world-class faculty with extensive IFS expertise who will prepare you thoroughly for real-world application.

What kind of certification will I receive?

Upon finishing the program, you'll receive a Letter of Completion indicating you are an IFS-informed practitioner. This documentation doesn't contribute to a specific certification or degree but demonstrates your specialized training in this approach.

What's the time commitment?

The Essentials Track involves 40 hours in total: live classes with active participation (cameras on) plus self-directed work, including engaging with materials and completing reflection exercises. The Intensive Track will be conducted in person and involves 60 hours over 8 months.

Can I balance this training with my existing work commitments?

The Essentials Track is specifically designed for working professionals, with flexible components and a schedule that accommodates professional responsibilities. The Intensive Track will take place in the summer to ensure maximum focus and participation. Before registering, we recommend carefully reviewing the time commitments to ensure compatibility with your schedule.

Full engagement—emotionally, intellectually, and academically—is essential for success.

Do you offer scholarships or subsidies?

We don't currently offer subsidies for this program. The investment reflects the depth of training, extensive supervision, and specialized expertise our faculty brings.

Anything else I should know before registering?

Yes, and this is important. IFS work involves personal growth and deep self-reflection. You may be triggered during the process and should be prepared for inner responses. While your primary commitment during the program is professional development, we encourage you to consider working with an IFS therapist or coach of your own to support your personal healing journey.

Although working with an IFS therapist or coach is recommended, it is not a prerequisite for taking the course.

Your clients are stronger than the sum of their parts.

With your talent and our training, you'll get them there.
